Versatile Applications
Resin bound stone can be used in a variety of settings including driveways, patios, pool decks, walkways, high traffic outdoor spaces, garage floors, basement floors, and more. We work with our clients to achieve their vision and create inspiring and rejuvenating outdoor spaces that last for decades. Custom signage available.
The Safest Surface
No more slips and falls, no more heavy ice build up. Resin bound stone provides a non-slip, permeable surface that also acts as natural drainage leaving less water, and in turn, less ice. Resin bound stone is also malleable which means no more cracks or uneven surfaces that can lead to trips and other injuries.
No Maintenance, No Worries
Resin bound stone is extremely low maintenance and is fade resistant. Unlike exposed aggregate, coloured concrete or asphalt, resin bound stone will not fade over time or require yearly sealing. It will not crack and will not allow weeds or other growth to penetrate through. Less maintenance, more enjoyment.
40 Year Lifespan
When comparing resin bound stone to other available products such as concrete, interlock or asphalt, resin bound stone has twice the lifespan. On average, concrete when installed correctly, has a lifespan of approximately 15-20 years. Resin bound stone has a lifespan of up to 40 years when installed professionally and maintained properly.
Concrete & Asphalt Resurfacing
Resurfacing existing concrete or asphalt with a resin bound stone system offers a surprisingly straightforward and cost effective solution for achieving a beautiful and durable finish. The process involves thoroughly cleaning the existing substrate, priming the surface, and then mixing the chosen natural aggregate stones with a durable, UV-stable resin binder. This mixture is then hand-troweled directly onto the existing pavement, typically at a thickness of 15mm - 18mm, requiring minimal heavy machinery or extensive demolition. Because the resin creates a strong bond directly to the sound existing surface, it avoids the need for costly and messy excavation, making it a relatively quick and easy way to transform old, tired driveways, patios, or pathways into a seamless, permeable, and aesthetically pleasing new stone surface.

How it Works
Resin bound stone works by thoroughly mixing high-quality, clear polyurethane resin with kiln-dried decorative aggregates, ensuring every stone is fully coated, and then laying the mixture onto a stable base and troweling it to a smooth finish. As the resin cures, it creates a durable, seamless matrix where the stones are locked together but tiny, intentional voids remain between them, making the surface permeable so water drains directly through (meeting SUDS requirements). The key benefits include a smooth, aesthetically pleasing finish with no loose stones, exceptional durability, resistance to weeds and cracking, and being puddle-free and low-maintenance.
